Our comprehensive 2-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects, component failures, and hardware malfunctions. This includes LED modules, power supplies, control cards, and structural cabinets. The warranty is valid from the date of shipment and covers replacement parts and remote technical guidance. On-site service may be arranged in select markets.
Remote calibration can be requested through your account manager or by contacting our technical support team at jim@visualleds.com. Our engineers will schedule a session, connect to your display via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, and perform color uniformity correction, brightness adjustment, and gamma tuning -- all without requiring an on-site visit.
The most common causes include: power supply instability or voltage spikes, moisture ingress (inadequate sealing), physical impact during transport or installation, and overheating due to blocked ventilation. Regular inspection of power connections, cleaning of cooling fans, and ensuring proper IP rating compliance significantly reduce failure rates.
For outdoor displays, we recommend quarterly visual inspections and annual deep cleaning. Indoor displays require less frequent maintenance -- semi-annual checks are typically sufficient. In many cases, yes -- but compatibility depends on the cabinet generation, control system version, and pixel pitch. Displays manufactured after 2020 using standard 320×160 mm or 500×500 mm modules often support cross-generation upgrades.
